 SSC CGL 2013 Exam Date Changed Again

Good News Friends, SSC CGL 2013 Exam which was scheduled to held on 14th April 2013 was postponed to 19th May 2013. Earlier it was changed to 28th April 2013. But on the very same day (28-04-2013) people have the SBI PO Exam too. So many aspirants requested SSC authorities. And they responded positively and changed the exam date again. Now the exam is going to be held on 19-05-2013. Actually the Junior Engineers Exam was scheduled to held on 19th May 2013, now it will be held on 9th June 2013.
So guys now stop being tensed. Prepare well if you have SBI PO Exam on 28th or concentrate more on SSC CGL Exam.. God gave you good chance, now its up to you to make the best use of it.. All the best :)

 Register your Preferences of Banks for IBPS Clerks II now

Guys, you can register your preferences of banks for IBPS Clerks II now. You can give your preferences from 15th April 2013 to 22nd April 2013. Better take a printout of your preferences for future reference. You can take the printout of your preferences from 15th April 2013 to 7th May 2013. You can refer to our dummy preference list of clerks II here for better idea on preferences.

Important Points to remember before giving your preferences :

  • You Cant change your preference once you submit them. 
  • Since recruitment in clerical cadre is done on State/UT-wise basis:
  • candidates can indicate preferences for Participating organisations for   vacancies ONLY in one State/ UT for which they have applied.
  • In case any additional vacancies arise in a State/UT within the validity of the result of CWE Clerks-II, subsequent allotment will be done based on merit cum preference of the candidate. Thus Candidates have to necessarily indicate preferences for all Participating Banks even if vacancies in a State have not been notified for all Participating organizations/ categories.
  • Allotment will be done State/ UT wise depending on the category wise number of vacancies notified keeping in mind the spirit of various Govt. Guidelines, administrative exigencies etc.

Friends, as we promised earlier here is the list of Preferences of Banks for IBPS Clerks II. Your first preference should be the Bank which is having head office in your State / The bank which is having maximum number of vacancies in your state. If you don't have good idea on that, you just can make your preferences by using the list given by IBPS. Check the List Here.

Just open the above list Go to the name of your state. Check the vacancies under your category. Find out which bank is having maximum vacancies for your category. Choose that bank as your first preference. For remaining options you can follow the dummy list given by us below.  We made this list by keeping the qualities like reputation, opportunities of growth, work pressure etc in mind. Job security, Salary and other allowances are almost same for all 19 nationalized banks. All the best :)


Example : Assume that you are the person of Andhra Pradesh with category ST. According to the preferences list given by IBPS you have maximum vacancies in Andhra Bank (it is obvious because Andhra Pradesh is the home state for Andhra Bank). So choose your first preference as Andhra Bank followed by our banks list. So your preference list will be ....

SSC CGL Exam 2013 Postponed


 SSC CGL Exam 2013 Postponed

The Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2013 which is going to be held on 14th April got postponed to 28th April 2013. Earlier the SSC  Combined Graduate Level Examination is scheduled to be held on 14th April 2013 and 21st April 2013. But as 14th April 2013 has been declared as closed holiday on account of the Birthday of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the examination scheduled on 14.04.2013 has been postponed and will now be held on 28th April 2013. Revised Admission Certificates may be downloaded from the website of the concerned Regional Offices of Staff Selection Commission on or after 21st April,2013.

Good News : It is a good news for those people who are going to write both Postal Assistant  and SSC Exams on 14th April 2013. 
Bad News : But it is going to be a bad news for those people who are going to write both SBI PO and
SSC CGL Exams :(
