Eligibility Criteria :

• Age  : Not exceeding 25 years as on 01 - 07 -2013, (maximum relaxation for 5 years with commensurate relevant experience )
• Educational Qualification : Any Graduation with 50% marks - in 10+2+3 format through regular classroom course from a UGC recognized university. Graduates from Open University will not be considered. Preference will be given for relevant prior experience in home loan operations/sales/retail credit etc.
• Fluency in English besides the local language (Tamil or Kannada, as the case may be) is
  a must.
• Possession of a 2 - wheeler and valid driving license will be advantageous.

Selection Process :

Objective Type - Multiple Choice on Quantitative aptitude , analytical skill, data interpretation, reasoning, computer knowledge, English comprehension etc. with negative marking and Descriptive (English composition) followed by INTERVIEW (for candidates who would qualify in the written test).

Job Profile : To Head the Branch in all areas of branch work especially business development

Eligibility Criteria :

• Age not exceeding 35 years as on 01 -07-2013 (relaxation can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience)
• Any Graduation from a UGC recognized university. Graduates from Open University will not be considered. Post graduation & professional qualification/CAIIB to be given additional weightage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail credit / marketing of financial products / branch operations in banks/ HFCs/FIs. Exposure in mortgage lending will be essential
• Extensive in -depth knowledge of local market with good networking capacity with builders / developers is a must.
• Fluency in Vernacular Language besides English is must. Working knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
• For internal candidates of Repco Group of institutions, those who are eligible for elevation to this cadre as per the internal promotion policy can only apply and all applications shall be routed through proper channel or with NOC from the Competent Authority.
