Friends, as You all know that Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is conducting Common Written Exams for the recruitment of Probationary Officers / Specialist Officers / Clerks etc since 2011. The candidates who clears the exam in all the three cadres have to face interviews as second hurdle. But unfortunately IBPS doesn't publish any rank list or waiting list of the candidates in any stage of the process. It means the candidates who are appearing in the exams even after clearing the interview are denied to get any information on number of candidates who have cleared the interview. Apart from this there is no provision get information on total number of candidates appearing in the exams, total number of candidates clearing the exams, total number of candidates appearing in the interview, total number of candidates who has cleared the interview etc. All efforts made to get access to get information in this regard failed as IBPS claims that it is not a Public Office.
Hence its a small endeavor to file a PIL is on the cards. But the person who is taking the initiative is not in a position to bear the entire expenditure alone as he have already filed a writ petition against this. So he is requesting the aggrieved candidates to unite and demand for a transparent procedure be implemented where the aspirants who are appearing for the exams can have a complaint redressal mechanism. Interested candidates can contact directly with him...via e-mail dileepdbhat@yahoo.com where you guys will get a detailed road-map for the fight against this genuine demand.
for more details you can visit the facebook group PO-2 & Clerical subsequent allotment group  and facebook page Fight Against IBPS. Thank you.
